Feature Description

Front Control Panel Controls the motor, fans, heaters and humidifier.

Rear Control Panel Contains the power switch and laminator fuse (refer to figure 8).

Lacquer Container Container in which the top metal roller, middle silicone rubber roller, bottom

silicone rubber roller and lacquer are contained.

Belt and Dryer Assembly An array of 9 fans and 3 heaters used to dry lacquer on coated images (refer

to figure 15).

Shutter Control Lever Lever used to open and close the shutter.

Humidifier System Consists of a nebulizer, a nebulizer container and a water distribution system

(refer to figures 11 and 12).

Print Catch Tray Used to retain images as they exit the dryer assembly.

Drain Valve and Plug Used to drain lacquer and wash water at the end of operations.
