CONTROL PANEL DIAGRAM

LED INDICATOR DESIGN

The LED indicators are designed to indicate the

on/off status of power, heat, and roller direction.

Please see below for the definitions of the LED status

indicators.

PUSH BUTTON DESIGN

The Push Buttons control whether power and heat is

on or off and the direction the rolls turn. Please see

below for detailed instructions.

- Power has been switched ON

(All electronic functions are ON)

Heating System

Symbol, meaning:

Temperature controller (status)

Symbol, meaning:

Top roller heater

Symbol, meaning:

Reverse roller movement

Symbol, meaning:

Toggle Function (on/off)

LED (green) – Power

Lit when laminator is switched ON.

LED (green) – Heating System

Lit when heating system is active

LED (green) – Temperature control

• Flashes at a slow rate if the roll

temp is too low

• Steady if the roll temp is OK and

machine is ready

• Flashes at a fast rate if the roll

temp is too high

Push button function:

• Switching the heating system on/off

• Middle LED will indicate if heaters

are ON (LED is on) or OFF (LED

is off)

Push button function:

Reversing the forward movement of the

rollers (momentary action: as long as this

button is pressed)
